Lease a Trail Horse from Showtime Stables
This will give you and/or your child an idea of what horse ownership is about.
We have several options to choose from.
(We require a 3 month initial lease)
after that time you may:
1. Renew your lease 2. Choose a different horse 3. discontinue your lease 4. or purchase your own horse
Show horses may be available @ a different rate
Lease Options
Option 1
Outside Stall Board Lease Includes:
1. Your horse will be Outside Stall Boarded at Showtime Stables. 2. Your horse will be provided feed, hay & fresh water twice daily. 3. You will receive 4 group riding lessons per month.* 4. Lessee is responsible for cleaning stalls 4. You will be able to use your leased horse on the facility for any open arena time, in round pens etc** ** Once everyone is in agreement that horse/rider have enough knowledge to work together, unsupervised by Barn Staff
(Outside stalls are stripped at least once monthly/ weather permitting)
$380.00 /mo
this includes shoeing & worming as needed
Should the horse you are leasing be available for purchase $50.00 from each month will be applied to the purchase price of that horse
Option 2
Full Care Board Lease Includes:
1. Your horse will be Full Care Boarded at Showtime Stables. 2. Your horse will be provided feed, hay & fresh water twice daily. 3. Your horses stall will be cleaned daily. 4. You will receive 4 group riding lessons per month. 5. You will be able to use your leased horse on the facility for any open arena time, in round pens etc**
** Once everyone is in agreement that horse/rider have enough knowledge to work together, unsupervised by Barn Staff
$480.00 /mo this includes shoeing & worming as needed
Should the horse you are leasing be available for purchase $50.00 from each month will be applied to the purchase price of that horse
NOTE: Some of the horses in the lease program are used as our party horses and will be used as needed for those scheduled parties. (Notice will be given of those dates)
Show Horse Lease
Option 1
This Option is for a rider that has been in lessons for a minimum of 4 months, has 4 months of total lessons, or is evaluated to the have the experience and knowledge needed for this option.
This Includes 4 Lessons / Instruction Sessions $155/mo. plus show expenses
Show Expenses Can Include: Membership Fees Entry Fees Stall Fees DQP Fees Haul/Mileage
* More Lesson / Instruction Sessions can be added
Option 2
This Option is for the experienced rider.
